UI/UX

The initial UI had a good foundation with a comprehensive dashboard overview. We took this as inspiration and redeveloped the interface to be more user-friendly by adding illustrated graphics, dynamic elements, and simplifying the layout.

This aimed to attract new users entering the DeFi landscape.

Development

With a tight deadline, we chose React Tailwind for its scalability and rapid development capabilities.

Our CI/CD (Continuous Improvement/Continuous Deployment) strategy enabled us to push updates frequently, with at least one feature update per week, ensuring continuous enhancement and adaptation.

Product Strategy

Recognizing DeFi's evolving nature, we created an extensive Design System to facilitate the seamless addition of new features and support rapid product expansion.

Guided by an extensive product roadmap, we carefully rolled out weekly feature updates, ensuring smooth integration and future-proofing the platform.

Results & Impact

The rebrand quickly captivated users, drawing an influx from other chains to participate in the Tomb Finance protocol. This surge in interest made Tomb Finance one of the most forked and talked-about protocols in late 2021 and early 2022.

The community flourished, growing to over 50,000 members within a month of the rebrand. This highly engaged community created various forms of creative collateral, including rap songs, illustrations, animations, and memes, further boosting the protocol's visibility and appeal and fuelling further excitement and therefore exponential growth.
